These universal policies apply across the TTEA Women family of brands, including: TTEA Women, Tealivery, Teabership, TTEA Women Digest, BouTTEAq, and Teafé (including pop-ups and catering-style services). If a brand-specific policy conflicts with a universal policy, the brand-specific policy controls for that offering.
Terms & Conditions
- By using our sites, portal, or purchasing/participating in any offering, you agree to these terms and applicable brand policies.
- You must provide accurate contact and billing details to receive products, access, or membership benefits.
- We may update offerings, pricing, and policies; updates post on this page with a refreshed effective date.
- Intellectual property (logos, designs, publications, classes) belongs to Time To Elevate All Women Corporation or its licensors.
- Unauthorized reproduction, resale, scraping, or redistribution is prohibited.

Gift Card Policy (Universal)

TTEA Women Policies
Scope
These policies apply to offerings accessed through tteawomen.com and the Teabership member portal (portal.tteawomen.org), including Tealivery subscriptions, Teabership membership, and the quarterly TTEA Women Digest.
Tealivery (Monthly Tea Delivery Subscription)
- Tealivery is a monthly tea subscription service delivered to the subscriber’s address on file.
- Subscribers may choose a 1-serving 2-serving or 3-serving monthly plan (or equivalent servings described at checkout).
- Tea selections may be curated by season and availability; substitutions of equal or greater value may occur if needed.
- Due to the nature of consumables, tea products are generally final sale once shipped (see Refunds below for damage/errors).
TTEA Women Digest (Quarterly Subscription)
- The Digest is our quarterly publication. Subscribers receive digital access as included in the subscription.
- A printed edition may be offered for an additional premium charge (printing and shipping may apply).
- Digital access and digital products are non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law.
Teabership (Membership: Online Community, Social Club & Women’s Society)
- Members receive access to a community portal, resources, strategy, and empowerment programming.
- Programming may include webinars, conferences, workshops, classes, and events (non-college credit offerings).
- Member benefits may evolve over time to improve the experience.
- Access is tied to the member account and may not be shared or resold.
Billing, Auto-Renewal, Changes & Cancellations
- Subscriptions and memberships may auto-renew unless canceled.
- To avoid the next charge, submit cancellation at least 72 hours before your renewal date.

- Failed payments may be retried; access or fulfillment may pause until payment is updated.
Refunds, Replacements & Support
- Consumables: Tea is final sale once shipped; if items arrive damaged, incorrect, or missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
- Digital: Digital Digest access is non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law.
- Events: Event-specific terms apply at registration; if we cancel, you will receive a refund or credit option per that event.

BouTTEAq Policies (tteawomen.shop)
Scope
BouTTEAq is our online boutique offering branded and trademark custom design products, including apparel collections, teaware, bags, self-published journals/books, and copyrighted publications.
Trademarks & Brand Protections
- Trademark collections include: TTEA Bag, TTEA Cups, TTEA Shirts.
- All designs, logos, product names, publications, and brand elements are protected by trademark/copyright where applicable.
- Unauthorized reproduction, counterfeits, or resale listings that misuse our marks are prohibited.
Returns & Exchanges (Merchandise)
- Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
- Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
- Final sale items, gift cards, and digital products are not eligible for return.
- Books/journals must be returned in resellable condition (no wear, writing, or damage from use).
- Damaged or incorrect items: report within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
Shipping
- Processing time is typically 1–5 business days unless otherwise stated.
- Tracking is provided when available.

Teafé Policies (teafe.shop & Locations)
Scope
Teafé is a tea room + café concept (for everyone) offering premium tea, menu items, tea experiences, tea tasting memberships, and services such as pop-ups and TTEAquet offerings (when available). Policies may vary by location and service type, and any special terms will be provided at booking or checkout.
Premium Loose Tea & 5-Botanical Base Blends
- Our blends may feature a five botanical base: seed, flower, root, fruit, and leaf (as offered per blend).
- Tea is a consumable product; once sold/shipped it is generally final sale, except for damage or fulfillment errors reported within 48 hours.
- If you have allergies or sensitivities, review ingredients where provided and consult a qualified professional as needed.
Tea Tasting Memberships
- Tea tasting memberships may offer a 12 or 3 tasting allotment per month (as offered).
- Redemption rules (booking, availability, carryover) may vary by location and will be stated at enrollment.
- Memberships may auto-renew unless canceled at least 72 hours before renewal.
Pop-Ups, Private Services & TTEAquet
- Pop-ups: we may offer tea and selected services/products at third-party venues and events.
- TTEAquet: tea + food service packages may include menu items, tea setup, and curated experiences, subject to availability and booking terms.
- Deposits, headcounts, setup fees, and cancellation windows may apply and will be presented at booking.
Refunds (Teafé Purchases & Services)
- Food and beverage purchases are final at time of sale, except where required by law.
- Packaged tea is final sale once shipped/sold, except for damage or fulfillment issues reported within 48 hours.
- Booked services (pop-ups, TTEAquet, private events) follow the cancellation/refund terms shown in the booking agreement.
