Registration and Check-In: Welcoming attendees, distributing materials, and managing the registration process.
Workshop Facilitation: Assisting workshop presenters and ensuring sessions run smoothly.
Tea Tasting Session: Helping with tea setup, guiding attendees, and managing the tea tasting area.
Event Photography/Videography: Capturing event moments and activities.
Information Booth: Providing information about the event, organizations, and resources.
Event Logistics Support: Assisting with general event logistics and tasks.
Event Cleanup: Helping with post-event cleanup and breakdown.
Conference Hall: Helping to usher
